Introduction
Today’s workforce is experiencing job burnout and stress in epidemic proportions. Workers at all levels feel stressed out, insecure, and misunderstood. Many people feel the demands of the workplace, combined with the demands of home, have become too much to handle. In this course we explore the causes of such stress, and suggest general and specific stress management strategies that people can use every day.

Who Should Apply?
Individuals who need to build and enhance their personal skills, especially individual’s work under stress. The course is targeted at participants from any subject area.
Stress Management Certification Requirements:
Candidates for the Stress Management designation must meet the following minimum requirements:
- At least 2 full years of professional experience, of which up to 4 years may be substituted by a college/university degree.
